[SPEAKER_01] Katie Holman I'm Katie, and we are trying something a little bit different today. So we don't have a guest. So normally every week we bring somebody new on and we listen, we got some feedback and it was we want to hear a little bit more from just, you know, Katie and Courtney. So we're giving it a go. So we're doing something called Hot Topics. So Courtney and I catch up pretty much every day, if not every other day. And we talk about all kinds of things, life, family, work. Katie Holman Stress.

[SPEAKER_01] Katie Holman But also like, yes, stress, the overscheduling. But also we talk about like some of the news things we've seen, like we are constantly sending each other things. And so we're going to cover a couple of topics that came across our news feed this week that are impactful to supply chain. And we'll see how this goes.

[SPEAKER_00] Katie Holman Yes. So today we are tackling two massive shifts hitting industry right now. So first is how new tariffs are completely rewriting peak season before it even starts. And second, why your shipping bill is about to jump up. The number says 23%. It feels very specific, but either way, 20 plus percent this fall.

[SPEAKER_01] Katie Holman Yeah. And what I think is really interesting, I think these stories are actually like twin sisters and not like a good or a bad twin, but like maybe both bad twins. So we're going to dig into these.
