Hello everybody, thanks for joining us on Autoline After Hours. And Gary, are you ready to talk about an autonomous future? See, I think, you know, we've had a lot of shows that have been important. I have a feeling this show will be among those very important ones we've done.

I agree. I agree. And we've got to let everybody know we've got Larry Burns with us. Let's see, he's an author, he's a lecturer, he's a consultant, he's the former head of R&D at General Motors, worked at Waymo. We're going to get into a whole bunch of AV stuff with him. We've also got Joanne Muller from Axios, who covers all kinds of things going on in the mobility scene. So this is my world.

But Larry, let's get going because I think it might be an argument with you and I paired up against Gary and Joanne on the AV future, the future of AV.

But I'll kick this off. My premise is, and has been for years, that when we get autonomous vehicles to scale, it will have as big or a bigger impact on society than when the first horseless carriages appeared 126 years ago. I agree with you on that. You know, a lot of people think about autonomous as Uber without a driver for the car I have today that I don't have to drive, but it's the same car.
