I have an unscripted question for you. Oh no. Yeah, there's lots, lots happening in the 340B space. This one, it feels like this one's gonna take a village. 340B just keeps doing 340B things.

Hey everyone, thanks for listening to 340B Unscripted. I'm Greg Wilson, here with my co-host Rob Nahoopii. Rob, what's happening man? Oh, there might be a few things going on in 340B land right now. Not a quiet summer. I'll say not a quiet summer for the moment. So, I will say, I know before I get into it, you took vacation again. I took one day off and on that day we had some major news drop on the day of course you're out.

Which leads me to believe that somehow through some kind of unspoken energy in the world, you are somehow tied to taking PTO and major news dropping about 340B. I don't know how. Yeah. This last week is a bad week for anybody in the 340B world to take time off because so much has happened since Friday. Well, yeah. Rebate model. We got a rebate notice from HRSA. They're bringing back rebates. It's official now. We'll get into that.

I think also this week the Senate Gang of Six has issued the Sustained 340B Act. Long time coming for that. So, I think those are the two things. 97 pages of it. Yes. Yes, they did. So, I think that's the two topics to focus on today and then just want to also kind of make sure we've got our eyes on some deadlines with regard to CMS policies. So, you're saying just a few things to talk about. So, yeah.
