President Trump ordered 50% tariffs on an array of Canadian goods, and GM raises its guidance for the second time this year. Just two months after putting its $15 billion Canadian EV supply chain investment on hold, Honda is weighing another major manufacturing move in North America. While no decision has been made, industry analysts say if the automaker builds an eighth assembly plant, ongoing trade tensions make the United States the overwhelming favorite.

Raising new questions about the future of Honda's long-term manufacturing footprint. Now, Larry, Honda says it hasn't made a decision yet, but how much are tariffs and trade uncertainty driving where the automaker chooses to invest?
