Hello, and welcome to CSP's At Your Convenience podcast. I'm CSP editor Diane Adam, and I'm joined today by Dave Williams, president of Bump Williams Consulting. How are you today, Dave? I am doing fantastic. Thank you for asking.

Thank you, Dave. Can you walk us through the five keys, steps or takeaways that you have at a high level? Absolutely. And it's all about enhancement, not overhaul, right? I mean, this industry is one that's been around forever. It's going to hopefully be around forever. So it's not always about rapid change or massive change. It's more about staying in line with developments around to make sure that you're making the most of your set.

And the five keys that I covered were really growth initiatives was the first one. Basically, what are your strategies to grow in a sometimes contracting segment? What are the tactics you're going to employ and how do you work across the three-tier system to ensure alignment for those strategies? The other one is sort of that fourth tier to the three-tier of the consumer.
