to have Shin Guo, the co-CEO of Solidigm, the second largest supplier of solid-state drives in the world, formerly Intel's NAND business, and now part of SK Hynix. Shin, welcome to Tech Disruptors. Thanks, Jake. Nice meeting you and happy to be here. First, I want to just give a little bit more introduction of Solidigm. We used to be Intel's NAND memory solution division and acquired by

SK Hynix in 2022. We've been a leading supplier for enterprise SSDs for data center and AI infrastructure. And so, that's very helpful. I'd like to hear a little bit more about this new AI co that the HQ has established. Does this entail anything specific for Solidigm?

There's really not any change in the operational level of Solidigm. I think we're still an independent subsidiary operating focus on the enterprise SSD market. I think AI co is really just a Hynix and SK groups initiative for the U.S. market to promote additional AI infrastructure-related investment.

Solidigm is the core asset of the AI co, but we're not really directly involved in the operation of that company. Right. Got it.
