[SPEAKER_A] Hey, it's Andrew here, and welcome to the eComFuel Podcast, the show dedicated to helping 7- and 8-figure brand owners build incredible businesses and amazing lives. And last— I think it's January, not last January, this January— sent out a big questionnaire, and 300+ brands, 7- to 8-figure brands, were kind enough to fill it out. On all sorts of metrics. We're talking about— it was a 50-question questionnaire, was bribing folks a little bit, was giving away a business class plane ticket anywhere in the world, and got this incredible data set to put together our 6th eComFuel Trends Report. And the whole point of this report is to try to give you a sense of what is working, what's not, what are some of the big trends in our industry, what are some of the average benchmarks for things like for growth, for margins, for things things like this. It's not perfect, right? Like, I am not a doctorate-level researcher. There's a little bit of noise in the numbers, but I think it gives us a pretty good sense directionally of a lot of different facets. And today, I spent the last, you know, probably the better part of them, probably most of a month going through into the data, researching, diving, looking for different trends, pulling stuff together, writing, charting, and finally emerged from my cave and released this last week. Really proud of it. Also excited to dive into some of the big takeaways in the report with you. And that's what we're doing today. And I talk through the top, you know, 4 or 5 big takeaways. And then next week we'll go into some of the kind of secondary and tertiary takeaways. But if you want to be able to— one of the cool things about this report before I get into the actual takeaways is sometimes when you're running an eCom business, even if you're— even if you're in a community like eComFuel, you can chat with other owners. It's hard to know how am I doing. Like, man, especially if you're struggling in certain areas, understanding what facets of your business need help can be challenging. Is it my growth? Are my margins not good enough? Do I have too much inventory? Where am I doing great and don't need to focus on?
