[SPEAKER_A] Hello, fellow Rebel Capitalists. Hope you're well. So my good buddy Ed Dowd, formerly from BlackRock, came out today with a dire warning about private credit. The thing I love about Ed is he's not just out there, a perma bear or something like that. He's just looking at the facts. He's looking at the data, and then he's coming to a conclusion that is non-biased and unemotional, as it should be. So let's go over to this ZeroHedge article, which I think is absolutely fantastic. Because we have to remember that although the Middle East is the big news, as well as it should be, we have to remember that the private credit thing hasn't gone away. And the private credit thing is a much better proxy for or what's likely to happen with the, or what's happening with the economy, and also the pressures that we are likely going to see, in my view, with the stock market. Now, it doesn't mean I'm out there shorting the market. I wanna be clear, but the downward pressures that you see today when we're getting that continued divergence between the Dow and the NASDAQ, more on that in just a moment, but let's go over to this article. Private Credit: The New Junk Bond Market. I love this, except it lacks transparency, liquidity, and is about to be stress-tested. So it's basically the junk bond market, except it doesn't have any of the benefits of the junk bond market.
