How to get out there, it's Wednesday, April 15th. And I'm Frank Curzio, this is the Wall Street Unplugged Podcast. We're back in the headlines and tell you what's really moving these markets. So I have one of your favorite guests that I'm interviewing today. And he's, I believe, the only person in our industry that has hosted a podcast longer than me, which is called The Disciplined Investor. He's also the founder and president of Horowitz & Company, Andrew Horowitz. What's going on, buddy? How's everything?

Frank Curzio, how are you? I was hanging on every... I was hanging. I have to keep it at the opening because everybody makes fun of me now, even my friends. So I've kept it and I just keep it going. I love it. No, I love it. You're like, you're just, you're glued to Wednesday, get a roll it over, Wednesday, get a roll it over. So how are things with you, buddy? How's everything going? Haven't I interviewed a podcast? I've been on your podcast a couple of times.

And glad you're coming on because we have a lot to talk about. I think so. There's a little bit of news going on in the markets these days, right? A lot going on. It's like trying to take a sip out of an open fire hydrant. You know, the daily news flow. If markets are going well, it's quiet. Markets are going kind of not so well. All of a sudden we have Scott Bessent on. We have rumor about the Straits of Hormuz opening, closing. We have things that are going to be trying to pop markets. We have the deal that's happening. They want to do a deal, not us, but they want to do a deal, of course.

So it's an amazing time where we are market driven by tweet, social media post. And a lot of the other stuff in an odd way really doesn't matter. We take the thing that is, Frank, is really fascinating to me right now. And this is not just a new item.

I think this has been percolating in the background for some time is that the information that we're hearing and trying to figure out what it means has been more important. In other words, the instant information than the background information about what's happening with earnings, spending, capex, even the economic numbers.

Right. That's kind of like, OK, if it's bad, we'll get through it. It's temporary. It's transitory. If it's good. Well, look how good things are. So there is a glass half full right now. And that's, I think, what markets are running with. So let's start with the war. I mean, it's dominating the markets. You know, we're going to decide a deal today. As of today, yes, it looks good. Yesterday, it wasn't so good. The day before was good. The day before that wasn't so good. I'm not exaggerating.

Right. So it changes right to cease fire. And, you know, oil prices are a lot higher because of this. But how do you play this m...
