Robbie, with the midterm elections happening in a little over three months, what is on the mind of Americans relative to healthcare? Jeremy, people have growing concerns with medical care, including access and coverage. But the biggest issue on voters' minds, that's affordability. And they're right to have that fear. The most recent data show that medical costs rose to $5.7 trillion last year.

And for the third consecutive year, the cost increased by over 7%. The preliminary forecasts for this year are about the same rate of cost inflation will happen again. And that'll be, once again, approximately twice as high as the growth in GDP or wages. Currently, federal actuaries project that by 2034, medical care and services will reach nearly $9 trillion. That will represent more than 20% of GDP, which is the total dollar.

All spent on everything. Everything Americans buy, including both goods and services. Driving healthcare inflation is a combination of higher demand by patients and expanded use of GLP-1 medications.
