Let's get started with the Beef Market Update with Ann Wasco of the Gateway Livestock Exchange. Ann, how are we doing?

I am good today, Sean. How are you? Pretty good. You know, we continue to get moisture on the Western Canadian Prairies, which I think heading into the year was not expected anywhere close to this magnitude. We've got some good grass conditions out there. Yeah, grass. And of course, now that we've flipped the calendar into July, you're going to hear more and more talk and focus from the rancher side of the crew on getting into haying gear and forage production for this next winter,

which, you know, like you say on the grass side, same thing for hay. It's looking like we're off to an amazing start for many of us in these areas that didn't get that excess moisture conditions. Yeah, and you've driven around to, you've been on the road a little bit. It's not exactly confined to just a small area either. No, you know, mostly Southern Alberta, Southern Saskatchewan, but the areas that I've traveled in certainly look exceptional.

So it is, well, July 2 as we're speaking today, but you know, great conditions, a lot different than this time last year. And of course, the moisture came later last year, a lot of it came in July for us. So just how different one year can be to the next.
