We've got one of those stories here that I can barely set my phone down because I'm blowing up with industry people and patients who want to know more. And we're going to talk about how Eli Lilly is quietly creating something called the expanded access pathway for retatretide, which could allow access to the medication for certain specific patients prior to FDA approval. So what is expanded access? Why would Lilly create this? Who would even realistically be able to get this?

And more importantly, what does this mean about the future of obesity medicine? Because in the past, this type of thing was reserved for other chronic diseases, not obesity.
