Steve, you got a real estate closing to go to. We got a shitload of stuff to talk about. Yes. So I'm gonna get right into it. I have some really cool stuff about the cost of living. Some things that are real eye-opener but it's not gonna change so I'm gonna save that for next week. Okay. But for now, the market is taking a little bit of a breather today but yesterday, boom, there was a breakout thanks to the Fabulous Four.

So who are the Fabulous Four, Steve? Let's take them one at a time. Microsoft, right? Fantastic. They were like, and also ran for most of 2026 and then finally people woke up. The stock rallied over 15% last week and it's back to up around 500, almost $500. What are your thoughts?

I think if you remember when you were the one saying, how do you not buy it? Like it was where? Maybe 400 or something like that around there? Yeah. And you were like, how do you not own Microsoft here? It's been down and out for so long because of the fear that they are not part of the AI revolution.

But meanwhile, we said last week they came in with $100 billion in revenue for that portion of that AI that they're doing now. So how do you not keep owning it? I mean, it's changed the whole landscape.
