Welcome back to Trading 360. I'm Marley Caden. It's time for the Big 3. We've got three stocks and three charts for you today. Ben Watson will be taking us through the charts. Here to take us through the trades today, Achilles Larea Jr., the CEO of Larea Wealth Management. Achilles, great to have you on the show. I hope you're having a wonderful summer so far. Would love to kick things off on your thoughts on this market action we're seeing on this shortened trading week and the action we were coming off of last week.

Ben Watson, Ph.D.: Yeah, you know, we're seeing a lot of interesting things going on, but I think it's going back to the trade. If we're looking at global trading and if we're talking about in imports exports, we have to keep that in mind right now. You know, in spite of what's going on with the conflict in the Middle East, you know, we have to think costs and costs right now are soaring and that is going to affect us all on a low level.

Ben Watson, Ph.D.: And we're seeing a lot of the larger scale. You know, I mean, we're seeing right now small caps starting to pick up slack, but if you're looking at mega caps and the like, is it really is there really a move to the upside? Is there a lot left a lot of juice left in the tank at this particular point? We still think that there's a lot.

Ben Watson, Ph.D.: To go on there. But we also think that it's important to keep in mind, you know, with all the costs associated with bringing goods here to the United States, are tariffs going to impact that? Is AI going to impact that? I mean, AI, we're seeing, you know, more easier outsourcing because of that. Ben Watson, Ph.D.: And that being said, that leads to the next three picks.

Ben Watson, Ph.D.: Well, your first one certainly has momentum on its side here. I mean, Caterpillar has just been performing so well, up more than 20% in the last month. You're at a date up close to 90%. Do you think that the momentum will continue for Caterpillar?

Ben Watson, Ph.D.: I think we're going to see some near term resistance in Caterpillar as we always do. You know, it's one of these stocks that I think it forgot it was a construction company at first. And now it's just taking off and going up and up and up. And really the growth behind it. I mean, AI has certainly facilitated that. We're looking at 12 to 18%.

Ben Watson, Ph.D.: Actually, 12 to 14% in an 18 month time period, but we're also looking at a slower growth than what we saw before. We're not going to see that phenomenal growth that we had once seen in previous years. However, in terms of having this quality stock in your portfolio, it should be part of everyone's portfolio.
