Well, good afternoon, everybody. Welcome back to another episode of the Industrial Real Estate Show. I am pleased to be joined by Craig Heater, a fellow SIOR and Industrial Real Estate enthusiast. And we're going to talk about all things to do with industrial real estate, but specifically the Seattle market and the surrounding areas, advanced manufacturing, probably get into some nearshoring. Yeah, so can you jump into a little bit of your background? I know you were just talking, you got your SR designation in 2016, a year before me. But I'd love to hear just a little bit more about your background on how you became executive vice president of Kidder and how you got to Bellevue, how you got into industrial real estate in the first place. Sure. Well, that's a really long story, but I'll make it brief. So I went to a little school called Hillsdale College in Southern Michigan, played golf there.
