Hi, I'm here on the final day of the AAIC Conference and I'm here with Dr. Mike Irizarry from Azai US. You're the Deputy Chief Clinical Officer at Azai US, isn't it? That's great. That's right, that's right. I lead the clinical development programs for the neurology portfolio at Azai. Great, yeah. So now obviously Azai and Biogen, your partners with Alkenby, you've really been genuine pioneers in the Alzheimer's field of that.

And here in London you've been presenting some data about the real world experience of patients and physicians with the drug. So what's come out of that study? Well, I think what's been really exciting is that treatment of Alzheimer's has really been transformed over the past few years with the availability of these anti-amyloid treatments.

And now we're seeing more real world evidence of the usage of Lakanumab in particular. And we understand that physicians are, understand quite well how to diagnose, introduce treatment, monitor and manage with Lakanumab.

So we presented three year data from our leader study, which is a real world study of patients prescribed Lakanumab at multiple sites in the United States. And we find that the treatment profile and the efficacy profile is very consistent with the label.

We also presented some of the first evidence of the real world use of our subcutaneous formulation for maintenance dosing. So after 18 months of bi-weekly IV treatment, there's the option to transition to once weekly subcutaneous dosing.

And we found that physicians and patients really enjoyed having that option available to be able to administer the treatment at home, either by themselves or by their care partner, or to be able to even travel with the treatment as long as it's refrigerated.
