[SPEAKER_13] Good Wednesday morning. Welcome to Squawk on the Street. I'm Carl Quintanillo with Jim Cramer and David Faber at Post 9 of the New York Stock Exchange. Market continues to roar on this continued chip rally. Micron's up another six-plus percent pre-market. Goldman becomes the latest desk to hike its year-end S&P target to 8,000. Brent tumbles below 95 as Iranian State TV says they do have a draft of an unofficial MOU that could result in Hormuz traffic returning to pre-war levels.

[SPEAKER_13] Our roadmap begins with Micron, though, rallying again a day after joining the trillion-dollar club. One firm saying chips still have more room to run. Keeping an eye on shares as well of cyber

[SPEAKER_14] security company Zscaler this morning. They are down sharply ahead of the open, dragging down other names such as CrowdStrike and Palo Alto that have similar businesses. Also keeping an eye on Lululemon. It reaches a settlement with its founder, Chip Wilson. That ends a nasty proxy battle that he started back in

[SPEAKER_13] September. We'll give you the details. Let's begin, though, with tech continuing to help fuel the record run in stocks this morning. Jim, Sandisk today in the spotlight as Barclays goes to 2,300.

[SPEAKER_11] Yeah, I think that yesterday's Micron, the tip from 750 and they do a basically a double, has emboldened some analysts to say, listen, this thing's not done. I remember, look, we had Ben Reyesus. He was the first to be able to say, listen, I didn't miss it yet, and that was a good call. I think that when you get this one, look, I think you have to worry about this as a little bit of overreach, perhaps, because I saw some of these stocks were up a lot more at, say, 8 a.m. than
