Okay, so if you think about evergreen fund features as they relate to private equity, and Sarah touched on this a little bit, but there are lots of reasons why people invest in an evergreen fund.

But I think some of the headlines in the past six to nine months obscure some of the biggest benefits of evergreen strategies. I think there's been a hyper focus on liquidity, and in fact, the word semi-liquid is used pretty often with evergreen funds.
