What's up guys, welcome back to another episode of the Vacation Rental Revolution Podcast. I'm your host Shawn Moore. We're back with Whiskey Wednesday. Everybody's in town in the studio. We got Jake behind the mic. We got Josh. We got Mike. We got me joining you with bringing you hot topics that are affecting our short-term rental investing journey. Lots of things we're always watching on a regular. We'll still do a market update watching what's going on with inflation, with rates. We're going to look at the real estate market with supply and demand. We got some new CPI reports coming in.

We've got some chat about tariffs and energy costs and how they're affecting our the cost to actually bring some of these properties to life when it comes to construction. We got Airbnb investing into a very odd market, in my opinion. And then obviously we're talking that we hit on this a little bit last week, but lower and slower short-term rental supply growth, supply growth into these markets, less investors buying properties putting them in the market, what that means for those of you that are already in the market.

And then, and we've got some shout outs we're going to give. We're going to get some, we got a really great property. Mike, you actually designed it, Justin Mix in Frankfurt, Kentucky, getting a relaunch on a property there. Really fun property, really bringing the bourbon trail to life.

And so we're, you know, shout out to Justin and that property. Any, I don't, I don't see any, and maybe I'm missing it on my notes on the permitting and regulation side. Usually we're watching some national things on the permit regulation side, but go check out Justin's property. Awesome property.
