I always just appreciate his thoughts on kind of the market, the industry as a whole, and kind of dive into a lot of that today. It's interesting. We had him on the last time was, I believe, three years ago, and we were talking about prices are high.

We're going into, you know, high times. How do we, you know, prepare for the inevitable crash, whenever that is, and all this stuff. And, you know, he kind of talked a lot about that then. And now looking back three years later, it is crazy to see where the industry, where the market's gone. So, fun conversation to hear his thoughts and just talking about like this resiliency and just this amazing demand for beef that the consumer is just not willing to give up,

even when prices, you know, are as high as they are. So, really interesting conversation. I hope that you enjoy it.
