Good afternoon and welcome to the Consensus or Controversy, Documenting and Discussing Investigators' Approaches to the Management of Advanced Gastroesophageal Cancers. I'm your moderator, Dr. Yelena Janjigian, and we have big shoes to fill. In fact, Neil Love is, of course, the master of this, but we will make do.

We have excellent faculty today, and today I'm joined by my colleagues and friends, Dr. Manish Shah, who is a professor of medicine and chief of solid tumor oncology at Weill Cornell Medical School and Medical Center, and, of course, Professor Eric Van Kutzum, who's a professor of medicine at the University of Hospitals of Leuven in Leuven, Belgium.

It's such a pleasure to welcome you here, and in preparation for this meeting, Research to Practice conducted a survey of this evening's faculty, so all three of us, plus three additional experts and clinical investigators in the field who provided their perspectives on a number of issues related to the management of gastroesophageal cancers. The select results from this survey will be discussed during the program to generate discussion,

and full results will be available for you to review and download and study. So we're going to go through the conflict of interest for the faculty, and as they see here.
