And before we dive into everything we want to talk with you about today, can you first tell us a little bit more about yourself, your background in healthcare, and a little bit more about your role today at Blue Shield of California?

[SPEAKER_C] Sure. So I'll go way, way back. When I was growing up on the East Coast in the Boston area, I I had a mother who was always quite ill and in and out of hospitals, and I saw the very best of healthcare.
