He's the director of CoBank's Knowledge Exchange Research Division. And we also have with us Corey Geiger. He's the leading economist focused on dairy at CoBank and an advisor to the U.S. Farmers and Ranchers in Action Board of Directors. Well, Rob, to get started, can you just get us up to speed on the timeline and how the quarterly is put together and who's all involved? You know, if you're not familiar, CoBank, large farm credit lending institution.

We have a dedicated team of economists, industry analysts that we use to build relationships with our customers and other industry partners to support our customers. We've got about seven, including me. I'm an ag person. There's eight ag economists and then three rural infrastructure folks. And we try to cover all the bases. Corey here, he's my CoBank's dairy expert.
