[SPEAKER_A] Welcome to Money Talks. My name is Mike Campbell. Great show planned for you today. Hey, you look at the world of silver, you think of the name David Morgan. He's going to be with us, but precious metals, etc. There's been huge opportunity, but I want to know what's next. We've had a little decline in them, a little pullback. Is that a buying opportunity? Should we be more patient? I'm I've also got Derek Pattenden from a fascinating royalty company. They've done a deal with the Nisga'a. They have all sorts of properties that are producing money, and that's how royalty works. I'll get into that though in a couple of minutes here. Also got an important goofy award. I've got Ozzy Jurek on the NDP government in British Columbia, their latest move to raise taxes on any condo developer who hasn't sold all the units. And I'll tell you, there are implications from that you wanna hear about. I also got Rob Levy coming up, shocking stat, Victor Adair, lots of stuff as I say. But first, I was thinking, you know all this talk about deficits and record debt? Well, you know what? There is no evidence that the vast majority of people give a damn. Maybe you do, or like me, you care about the massive debt load and interest payments we're leaving our children. Along with the upward pressure on interest rates and cost of living. But most people don't. In fact, a good number have no problem with the federal government or your provincial premiers handing out borrowed money like it's Halloween candy. And the consequences could be the single biggest variable impacting your personal finances. But still, not many seem to care.
