I was one of the original eight franchisees to help negotiate the Reclaim the Flame plan with Burger King corporate. This is probably the most bullish that I have ever been on the brand. That's Harsh Guy, one of the largest franchise owners in America whose family has owned Burger King since the 1990s. Today we have 140 Burger Kings, 80 Taco Bells and then 45 Popeyes.

In our conversation, we discuss the state of Burger King's turnaround, Harsh's journey as a franchisee and why his restaurants are able to perform so well. But at Burger King, the in-restaurant improvements and turnaround have been five years in the making. We are outperforming all of the brands national average at all the restaurants. The gentleman who runs all 80 of my Taco Bells today was a restaurant manager in one of those restaurants.

We're probably between five and six hundred million dollars in revenue today. I would say that we're well over 50 million dollars in EBITDA today.
