Welcome to Cybersecurity Today on the weekend. Today we're going to be talking with Matt Burke from Bespoke Concierge Services, a unique healthcare service provider. And Matt has an interesting and sometimes unenviable but critical role. He's a CISO in a healthcare organization in all 50 states protecting against a world of threats that seems to grow more every year and more so in 2026 than ever before. I think there's a lot to learn from our conversation.

Now, for those in the audience who maybe haven't heard of you or your company, why don't you, in your own words, introduce yourself and the company you work for? Sure. My name is Pratt Data. I'm the CISO, the Chief Information Security Officer for Bespoke Concierge MD.

We're a medical facility, doctors that do telemedicine. We have doctors that are licensed in all 50 states and centralized physicians in states that deal with specialized care. And how many physicians, how many folks are you responsible for supporting? It's a pretty large number. Dr. Fadul, the CEO, he seems to be adding to our team at a rapid rate. So it's a never-ending cycle of getting people onboarded.

And what's the benefit for these practices to sign up and work with you guys? One of the benefits that I see is you get your doctor on a text, right? You don't have to worry about the insurance companies deciding what the best care for you is.
