Letting go of their employees and why they're doing it. Story number two, Cognizant. They are making a revision to one of their projections where 93% of jobs will be impacted by AI in some way. The impact will be around $4.5 trillion and they are doing it saying it's six years ahead of schedule.

So we're going to unpack that in more detail and go over exactly what the numbers are and why. Story three, the optimists make their case. So a couple CEOs are coming out and they're challenging. They're going against this doom and gloom scenario of mass automation and layoffs as a result of AI. And then the last story of the day, and I thought this would be interesting to highlight,

but JPMorgan today just recently released their annual Emerging Technology Trends Report. And I wanted to highlight some of the interesting things from that report. So those are going to be the four items I'm going to be covering today. Before I get into those four items, the CHRO group, Future of Work Leaders is growing.
