9AM Hour: White House History: President Trump Rings the NYSE and Nasdaq Opening Bells 7/6/26

1mo ago45m
Carl Quintanilla, Jim Cramer and David Faber kicked of a new trading week with a historic event: President Trump rang both the NYSE and Nasdaq opening bells from the Oval Office, making him the first president to do so. The bell ringing was in celebration of the first trading day of the Trump Accounts. Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev joined the show from the White House to talk about the new investment accounts for children. The anchors discussed the tech sector getting a boost to start the week. Also in focus: Broadcom and Apple extend AI chip partnership, South Korea's SK Hynix launches $28 billion U.S. listing, the sectors Morgan Stanley strategist Mike Wilson says are good plays for a broadening stock market, Oracle's losing streak, trillion-dollar tech and AI -- from Nvidia to Meta.
