It is, it's great to chat with you again. You've been chatting to Lindsay the last couple of weeks. Well, I'm back. Here I am. Okay, we'll deal with it. You've got to downgrade again. Okay, let's talk about what's been the prices. Wow, we've been pushing that future price around like crazy up and down depending on the day. What's been going on in the cash markets?

I look at the calendar and thank goodness July is over. It has been a big adjustment month really since the start of the month, especially like you say on futures and fed cattle prices. So finally this week in the US fat cattle market, we saw the fed price catch because it's been in free fall basically and did trade kind of steady to a buck higher on the spot market. So 231 to 232 in the south. The draft sales did end up calling a little bit back.

365 delivered compared to earlier in the week. So that's going to end up being called steady with last week. And yeah, as you mentioned, the futures compared to the kind of the lowest they made most months on Monday to where they're at today, they have clawed back $10. But again, especially on October and the D's is what I was looking at there. So it's been a little bit of a claw back and finding some ground.
