And so, for any of you out there who might listen to some of our webinar programs, you have probably heard today's guest. We have had, I guess it's now going on two years of doing the QSR 50 webinar together. We're on, you know, honestly to a degree, we kind of talk about the things we're going to talk about today, which is going through the segment performance and looking at what's going on in the industry.

So, as we always do, I just want to open up the floor, give us a chance, tell us a little bit about your background, Huy, and also, I would assume most people know what Datassential is, but maybe on the off chance that they don't, just give a little quick elevator pitch of what you all do there as well.

Totally. Thanks so much for having me on today, Danny. This is going to be a pleasure. My name is Huy Do. I'm one of the Trendologists and a Research and Insights Manager at Datassential. We are a global food and beverage intelligence company. And what we do is we do a variety of market research and also intelligence-based platforming to help companies make better and smarter decisions about their food and beverage business. And specifically, my background has always been market research.
