I'll start with the latest development in the AI IPO race, including Anthropic moving closer to potential public listing and what that could mean for other private companies like OpenAI. Then I'll touch on the latest SpaceX IPO update and why investors appear to be valuing the company as much more than that rocket launch business, which is fair. It does include xAI, for example, and it also includes Starlink. So definitely a bit of a different business there. I'll also break down Alphabet's major equity raise and why it highlights just how expensive that AI infrastructure race is becoming. From there, I'll look at Berkshire's acquisition of homebuilder Taylor Morrison and what it says about their view of the housing sector in the US.
