Great. And our guest today is Pruthvish Shah, the segment leader of electrical market division for 3M. I'm excited to have a conversation with you today. 3M is over a century of innovation. A company that withstood the test of time.

Pretty much everywhere we look, we see the 3M product. It's a pretty amazing company. I've been fortunate enough to meet quite a few of the 3Mers around. And it's exciting to have the conversation with you. So do you mind introducing yourself? Yeah, sure.

Tell us a little bit about your background. So first of all, thank you. Thank you for the opportunity. And glad to be here with you, Dorin and Joe. I'm Pruthvish Shah. I work in 3M's electrical markets division on their connected solutions platforms. And my formal role is segment leader for our medium voltage sensors business.

So Dorin referred to 3M and how when you think of 3M, you think of innovation. How do you personally define innovation? That's a great question. So for me, innovation is something that caters to solving a pain point, something that is scalable...
