Governor Pritzker wants legislators to take up the issue of data centers in the fall. And longtime affordable housing developer Peter Holston is selling the 17-building portfolio and the firm as he prepares for retirement. I'll talk about it with Crain's reporter Rachel Herzog. I think all of these, even though some of them are mixed-income buildings, they all receive public subsidies, whether it's low-income housing tax credits, some of them are CHA units.

Always a pleasure to have you here. So talk to me about the Holston firm, and a 17-building portfolio is pretty sizable. Tell me about these properties.
