Diane King Hall live at the CBOE is joining me with our pre-built playbook and we start off with SK Hynix and we think about memory and we think about what a big position SK Hynix has in the global market. I mean you also have Samsung and Micron but SK Hynix is huge and this could be our second largest ever equity offering. I saw today a lot we talked yesterday about it being seven times oversubscribed. What are you watching here when it comes to SK Hynix?

Good morning Nicole. You know a lot of our day is going to be waiting for it to open right but they're trying to raise $26.5 billion. They look like the stock is going to be around $149 a share but you mentioned it's extremely oversubscribed and you could see a gap opening and finding an opening price for this stock is going to be tricky but everyone should understand this is a little bit different. It's an ADR.

It's just a different because it's a foreign company. It's a little bit different and everyone should educate themselves on what that is but it's going to be a massive IPO. It'll take up a lot of the oxygen in today's market Nicole.

I was also thinking here about some of the competitors and the landscape. I mean you know the concern when we used to heard from Samsung earlier in the week was whether or not the AI trade was going to have legs going forward. Everything is priced to perfection. And whether or not these companies can continue to deliver. We're waiting on return on investment. And these are some of the conversations you know is there an AI bubble.
