Nick Kadish, MD, PhD Good to be here too. Good to see you again, Nick. Nick, we've had you on our podcast before discussing topics related to the psychedelics industry as well as PharmAla. We are glad to have you back with us today to talk about a couple of recent transactional event announcements.

One being PharmAla's newly announced definitive agreement to form Restora Neuroscience, a special purpose vehicle that will lead the clinical and regulatory development of one of the company's two drug candidates, APA01.

The other, the signing of a term sheet to license exclusive U.S. rights to advanced drug development, ALA002, its next generation MDMA therapeutic to Jupiter Neurosciences in a transaction valued at over $100 million. Before I hand things over to Robert, could you start by giving us a brief overview of PharmAla and walk us through what the definitive SPV agreement entails?

Nick Kadish, MD, PhD Yeah, of course. It's my pleasure. So look, PharmAla does two things. And I think, you know, certain things we're best in the world at, certain things we're just really good at. So half of our businesses, we're the world's leading, in our opinion, manufacturer of MDMA for clinical use. It's not a long list, so it's easy to say that you're pretty good at it.
