We had a travel issue, so Mr. Michael Vincent unfortunately will not be on today's show, but it is okay because rain, sleet or snow, Malcolm Harris is ready to go, man. I appreciate you guys. When disruptions hit, most facilities are still reaching for overtime and temp labor before they reach for technology. Nearly three quarters of respondents are exploring automation, but only a fraction have a plan. And Greg is here to break down why that gap exists and what facilities need to actually do to close it.

All right. So that's a conversation with Greg. And then from there, Steve Shabouski, he is the Vice President of Presales at MCA Connect.
