And frankly, tokens have not traded on fundamental value ever. They've always entirely traded on things around the network, but they've also traded on just flows. And I think one of the biggest problems that crypto has had is that it is still sort of a niche market where there's only a few amount of people who have access to these flows. And we started to see that pick up over time. That's why we've seen the ETFs pick up and that have a positive impact on price. And then as we see more economic activity happening on chain, I think that we'll see more value capture.

All right. I'm here at Proof of Talk 2026 with Rob Hadick. Rob is a general partner at Dragonfly Capital. Rob, thanks a lot for being here. Thanks for having me. So Rob, do you want to just give like a quick rundown on what Dragonfly does, what you do at Dragonfly and maybe some of your core investment thesis when it comes to digital assets? Yeah, absolutely. So we're a digital asset focused venture fund. We're about $4 billion under management today.

We just closed our fourth fund in January of this year, $650 million fund. So we do seed through Series B, Series C investing for first check, tokens and equity, always a global outlook. And we're really focused on what I would call the future of finance. We've never been an investment firm that focused on a lot of the, you know, call it Web3 shiny things around social and entities and stuff like that.

But it's not been our focus. Our focus has been on what are blockchains good at? They're good at moving money. They're good at moving value. They're good at moving data. They're good at coordinating trust for finance. And so that's been the core theme. And that's permeated from DeFi to infrastructure investing to payments, stable coins, capital markets. Like those are sort of the core places where we've played. Yeah, so you mentioned stable coins. And I guess everyone's kind of talking about stable coins. And I hear you talk about stables a lot on podcasts and on X.

I was wondering if for people that aren't paying attention to this technology, what do you think is like the most obvious example of how stable coins are helping a particular business or a particular industry grow and become more efficient? Yeah, the most obvious example is B2B payments. So we're seeing it right now for cross-border.

And so we have portfolio companies today that are serving like some very global companies, like often cases like marketplaces, for instance. Right. So if you look at a company like a WAP or a Fiverr or places where they have a lot of creators or they have a lot of workers that are global or contractors that need to get paid in stable coins.

Typically, the way this would work before in the past is you would send a fiat transaction to their local bank account that would have credit...
