And today we're going to be talking about the aircraft engine industry on the eve of the Farnborough Air Show. How's it doing? And what's coming next? Joining me are two Aviation Week senior editors. Guy Norris recently visited GE Aerospace and Rolls-Royce. And Sean Broderick recently visited Pratt & Whitney, covering all the bases for the commercial large engine manufacturers.

So I want to begin by just, you know, we've heard a lot about engine issues over the last few years. We've gone into quite a few air shows over the last few years, with the engine supply chain being a major discussion point. So as we go into Farnborough, I want to start off by asking you guys, where do we stand? Where do the manufacturers stand today as we go into Farnborough in dealing with their various issues and satisfying their customers?

Guy, I'm going to go to you first for GE, then we'll go to Sean for Pratt, and then Guy back to you for Rolls-Royce. So Guy, fire away. Yeah, thanks, Graham. No, you're absolutely right. I mean, the current environment really has been dominated by the fact that none of the engine makers really have been living up to their promises of what they need to deliver for fuel efficiency, and more importantly, time on wing, durability. Without an exception, they've all had issues that they've had to deal with.
