On August 3rd, Governor Abbott directed the PUCT and ERCOT to conduct a comprehensive project-by-project audit of data centers seeking to connect to the Texas grid, to determine whether these projects actually comply with ERCOT and PUCT requirements. In response to this, ERCOT then halted the batch zero process. NPM Interconnections

And just wanted to get started. I wanted to ask, you know, as a preliminary question, when it comes to the halting of the batch zero process and the directive put out by Governor Abbott last week, if you could talk a little bit about what this means and what this means for the batch zero process, we'll start off there. Yeah, I'll start. Yeah, I'll start. I'll jump in first.

In Governor Abbott's letter last week, he essentially outlined the nature of data centers and being located in Texas, recognizing the community opposition that has been a groundswell, frankly, for the past six to nine months.
